Molinology

Since the first Seminar held in 1995 in Santiago de Compostela, the International Congresses of Molinology are a referent in the study of the mills and other traditional devices, and in the almost two decades that they perform in different places of the Spanish geography, they accumulate an important investigation archive on this ethnographic heritage.

The Ninth International Congress of Molinology, promoted by the Association for the Conservation and Study of the Mills (ACEM) in collaboration in this occasion with the Association for the Conservation of the Vegetable Garden of Murcia (HUERMUR), will be held in Murcia on May 9th, 10th and 11th, 2014.
